If you want to work here as a freelancer, be prepared to: withstand high competition, scammers, a very long list of rules you must follow and lots and lots of spam bots (get 4 messages/day sometimes).
I spent 3 years building an audience with recurring clients and not a single unhappy customer. As a gift, for all this hard work, the very first of the year 2023 a Fiverr bot sent me an email informing me that my account has been “temporarily disabled” for a suspected violation.
So, I tried to contact the customer support asking nicely for more information about the problem. I made 3 attempts in 59 days, they just copy-pasted the same answers:
1) “these types of account reviews are managed by our dedicated team”,
2) the general category regarding your alleged violation,
3) “we need to wait for the review”.
Eventually on 1 March: Fiverr permanently disabled my account, some bot sent me a short email with no reports and no extra info. At the moment, I can’t login either into the customer support website or fiverr.
Want to work there? Be prepared to be treated as you are not a human being.
