HospitalGiftShop.com  – A whole week late

I rarely put up bad reviews but I’m quite disappointed in this service. Our family member got into a bad car accident and we wanted to send some flowers to her hospital room. The first response was that hospital was not actually a hospital and they couldn’t find where she was staying … so we gave the house address. After it didn’t show up for two days, I called and was assured it was on the truck and it would be delivered that day but it didn’t end up coming for three days AFTER that. So our “same day delivery” ended up getting to her house a whole week later. And to top it, it came with no card even though we wrote one out. So not only did she never get it to her hospital room (which was the whole point of this service) but it came a week late and with no card. Should have gone to a different company for sure.
