I ordered flowers for a friend in the hospital, the website said same day delivery. Flowers didn’t show up. The next day I received an email at 330 saying flowers would be delivered by end of day. They never showed. The third day they never showed up and my friend checked out of the hospital that night. I sent an email expressing how disappointed I was and to cancel my payment. Received an email the following day saying it would be refunded in 5 business days, no apology, no explanation. I would never use this company. If I could give zero stars, I would have…
