HospitalGiftShop.com – Bait and switch
I ordered a beautiful grouping of six different balloons from the website. What was taken to the patient was four dollar store balloons. Three were identical, the fourth one was deflating upon arrival. This service was a complete waste of time and money. I’m still apologizing to the family for that horrible arrangement.
