Bad. This is a fraud, the pacient never received the gift. She stilled in the hospital 2 weeks more after we order the gift and she never received the flowers, but Hospital gift shop send me a Email two day after shopping the product notified me they completed the process !!! They Never answered calls. Etc. Please you need to be careful with this kind of shopping (Order #1014994)
