HospitalGiftShop.com – BEWARE
I placed 2 orders the same morning. Both were placed and paid for around 9am. At 4:30pm I received an email stating one of the orders couldn’t be completed because it was out of their “delivery area”. The item was listed on their website and was asked to be delivered in their hospital so I’m not sure what the problem was? It was a birthday gift and because they took all day to tell me they weren’t filling my order, I wasn’t able to get something to my sister for her special day. I also ordered flowers and a balloon that same morning for another patient in the same hospital. I was emailed that it was delivered. Come to find out, it sat at the nurses station with the wrong room number on it for THREE DAYS. That’s right, He got it THREE DAYS LATER! The flowers were no longer fresh and the balloon was limp. I will NEVER order through the hospital online florist again and would NOT recommend it to anyone.
