HospitalGiftShop.com – buyer beware
I ordered an $80 gift basket to be delivered. After almost a week, I had not heard anything, I emailed them. They said, “we can’t deliver that order to a hospital, it has to be a home address”. I asked them why the heck they never contacted me about it. Like seriously you have my money! So . . .I gave them a home address. I was having issues with the address so tried to call them. Every single call was dropped and that’s after being on hold for 15-30 minutes. The recipient of the gift lives in AZ. I finally got a tracking number after two weeks and the package is being shipped from TX. I suppose it was my fault for not checking into this company first. I DID think they were affiliated with the hospital my friend was in but obviously not. I will never use them again. I only hope the package I picked out is really worth the $80. I have my doubts now.
