HospitalGiftShop.com  – Communication let down.

I am writing this review simply as my order was never completed along with never given a reason to why. My close friend was due to give birth and I had provided the hospital details, room number, contact number and everything required to deliver flowers. When the order wasn’t delivered instead of requesting a refund I asked if flowers could be delivered to my friends home address after she has been discharged, again flowers were never delivered and no explanation. I then requested a refund which took three follows up in which is was finally given.
Understand we are all going through a tough time in this given environment, however a simply explanation or update throughout would have greatly helped the situtation.
