Dead and withering flowers were delivered to the patient. I emailed the next day and received a response that new flowers would be delivered. They were never received. I sent 1 more email letting them know that new flowers had not arrived. I finally received a response, after the patient had been released, that they would contact the gift shop. That was it, no refund, no new flowers. Extremely disappointing I
