HospitalGiftShop.com – Disappointing
My items I purchased for my dad to be delivered to the hospital after his major surgery were never delivered. I called and spoke with a rep who assured me they would be delivered to his home the next day and to date, 2 weeks after, they have not arrived. I am disputing the charge to my credit card company at this point. Very disappointing especially since visitors arent allowed due to Covid.
