HospitalGiftShop.com – Disappointment and headache- NOT worth the $
The delivery of the flowers were delayed by 48 hours (after receiving an email that they had been delivered). They claimed that the patient wasn’t in the hospital- despite me providing their full name and the room where she was located. When the patient finally got the delivery, it was a completely different product than what was ordered. When I inquired about it, I was told that a replacement bouquet would be sent out the following day. It has now been 3 days since that time and the recipient still has not received the flowers. This has been a disappointment and a headache every step of the way. Certainly not worth the $$$ I spent.
