The item I ordered was supposed to have “live blooming flowers. It did not. It was a plant with a stuffed purple bird. No flowers. If I knew that was what I was sending to my mother, who is in the hospital with terminal stage 4 cancer I would have gone with a dozen roses, which were also $100. I will never use you again. The shame you caused me, the hurt you inflicted on my dying mother, were an unconscionable and a low blow. Although I have much stronger words for you, suffice it to say that I think you suck. And I mean this sincerely.
