It gets a star because there is no zero. Awful costumer service. I live in Germany and my sister was giving birth at a hospital in Philadelphia. I order on 24 April same day delivery for her at the time she book herself in the hospital. It took her 16 hours of labor and finally a C section for her to deliver. Her basket never arrive. Finally, on Monday 27 she went home with her gorgeous baby. Guess what, Im still trying to sort out with this company how to solve this situation. Same day deliver is out of the question. We are on the 6th day since I order and still no solution. I get back to you on this one
