HospitalGiftShop.com – Flowers never arrived, but I was charged
I used this service twice. The first time was great, the second time the flowers never arrived. My cousin has been in the hospital for several weeks, in the same room. The second set of flowers say they were delivered, yet they weren’t and I was charged full price. I have reached out by email several times and tried to get customer service by phone, I haven’t resolved it yet, and it is nearly two weeks. Very disappointing, especially for the patient.
