HospitalGiftShop.com – Have had nothing but issues with this…
Have had nothing but issues with this online order and the fact that the in person, hospital gift shop was closed but was not announced on the website. Then it appeared as though the flowers would be delivered via an alternative route, to patient’s house, then I received a conflicting email making it sound like it wouldn’t. Then we disputed the charge so it wouldn’t deliver and then I received an email saying it did deliver.Extremely confusing for my first time using this service. I’m sure COVID made things a little more complicated but.
