HospitalGiftShop.com  – Horrible balloon order

I ordered 6 Mylar balloons for a patient in the hospital and 5 latex and 1 Mylar were delivered so he was only able to receive 1 balloon. Spoke to Carla, who was very nice and she said she would cal their vendor and have them re-delivered on Friday. The patient was discharged on Sunday and still no balloons. Called on Tuesday and was told they were just going to be delivering them that day because of the holiday weekend which was too late since he was released but since this was an error on the part it should have been done ASAP. They did say they were going to refund my money so that was good but I told them they should consider using a new vendor since everyone knows you can’t have Mylar balloons in a hospital and Carla called them on Friday morning to get them re-delivered so it shouldn’t have taken 5 days. It was very embarrassing since this order was for work.
