HospitalGiftShop.com – Horrible experience!
Didn’t even have the flowers in stock so replaced with a balloon bouquet. They never delivered the balloons since they were probably “short staffed & closed at 2pm”! They are also closed Sundays, so they couldn’t even give me a time or day they would deliver it. The recipient will be discharged before the delivery can even get to her. So this same day delivery promise is total bull, at least in the Charlotte, NC area. No communication between the hospital gift shop & this company. I hope I can get a refund. I will never use this service again & advise you to do the same.
