HospitalGiftShop.com  – Horrible Service

I keep hoping this company has some integrity and refund my money. I placed an order when my family member came out of surgery. I included the room number. With covid I was not allowed in the hospital and felt better knowing my family member would know we were thinking of them when they saw the flowers afters surgery. The flowers were not delivered as guaranteed. I received an email the next morning stating my mother had been discharged. I panicked not understand this email! Had my mother died!! I called the nurses station worried sick. They were equally as upset letting me know my mother was there. I called this company again, and they said they would have the flowers delivered that day to my mother …they were not. On the 3rd day of my mothers stay she received her flowers…just as she was leaving. I will never use this company again and made sure to tell my other relatives not to as well.
