HospitalGiftShop.com  – horrible

I ordered flowers and a balloon, worth over $80, and my loved one never received it. They charged me and they said they delivered it, however it was never received by my loved one in the hospital. The flower shop is not taking responsibility, and neither the hospital nurses/ front desk. So I paid for an $80 service that wasn’t delivered.

Due to covid, there is no visitation allowed, so a gift is a nice gesture to let family members feel loved. I know its hard right now due to COVID, but the gift shop in the hospital should let you know if flowers are approved or not in certain rooms. They should do that extra efford.
