I had horrible customer service from everyone I spoke to. They all lied about the address where my flowers and balloons had been sent. My granddaughter never received her balloons or her flowers and now it’s 3 to 5 buisness days for them to put the money back on my card. I will NEVER use them again for anything they are horrible. They don’t even deserve the star I put but I had to put a star just to write this, they get 0 stars from me.
