I ordered flowers on June 12 at 10:54 am. I received an email that same day at 5:01 pm saying the flowers had been delivered to a designated receiving area. My sister (the recipient) did not receive the flowers. She went home on June 15th and had still not received the flowers, at which point I had made several calls and spoken to your customer service trying to get this worked out. My sister finally received the flowers on June 16th at her home. That’s four days AFTER I placed the order for “same day delivery”. AND I clicked the box that said “ok to substitute other flowers to insure same day delivery” . The flowers were beautiful, but I was very disappointed in the service.
