I selected the Smile for Me Bouquet and thought I could trust the florist to select like flowers if the ones in the pic weren’t available. The flowers and vase were absolutely nothing like what I selected. When I saw the picture posted on FB by the person who received them, I was embarrassed. I will forever be sure to require the florist to call me before substituting “like for like”.
