HospitalGiftShop.com – I spent $80 on flowers and balloons and…
I spent $80 on flowers and balloons and the person I sent them to never received them. She had surgery to get a cancerous tumor removed. I received a confirmation email that they were delivered. I’m not sure what happened, but her contact information was provided so she could have been called if there was confusion. I’m sure there’s an explanation, but my money is gone and the service I paid for was not rendered. A refund of some sort should be given.
