HospitalGiftShop.com – I wish I had seen these reviews…
I wish I had seen these reviews sooner….This was the WORST experience. I ordered flowers Thursday (10/15). Friday (10/16) I was told the patient was being discharged from hospital. I called immediately that morning (before noon) to change the address for the delivery and was assured they would be delivered. Saturday (10/17) I find out still no delivery. Contact Hospital Gift Shop and they once again assure that the delivery will happen. Monday morning (9am, 10/19) I call to ask for an order update and am told they cannot get in touch with the “designer” but they left a message stating it is urgent and flowers need to be sent today. By 4pm Monday still no flowers. I call again and they say they never got in touch with the designer and attempt to get in touch again. They get back on the phone and say “sorry, they wont deliver to that town.”
They say they are refunding the $75 spent but after reading the reviews it looks like I likely wont be refunded and will instead contact my credit card company and have them remove the charge.
