HospitalGiftShop.com – Items requested were not delivered
Items requested were not delivered. The shop said they were delivered and I even argued the fact several times that they were not, but still was charged and never received a refund. I HIGHLY recommend using an outside delivery service. I will not ever use this company again, and always recommend friends, family, or anyone else to do so as well. Very poor quality of service and attention.
