HospitalGiftShop.com – No flowers and no refund…
I am still trying to either get the flowers re-routed to the patient’s home or to receive a refund, 8 days later. My friend was discharged and the flowers were delivered at 5pm, after she had gone home. I wish there was a way to correct this. I’ve called and e-mailed to no avail. Given the cost, it does not add up to a positive experience.
