HospitalGiftShop.com – Not happy with my overall experience…
Not happy with my overall experience one half of my order (balloons) were delivered within 48 hrs however the floral order took approximately three weeks. I had to send several emails to ask for an update with no response to the first two emails. Finally received a response after my third email to let me know my order was rerouted. More could have been done to show their sense of urgency or concern for the delay
