HospitalGiftShop.com  – Ordered, supposedly delivered, but never received

I ordered flowers on June 13th for a Monday delivery. I found out they were not delivered. I called to find out what happened and was told my order was overlooked. I was refunded the delivery fee and was told they’d be delivered the next day. I received and email the next day saying the flowers were delivered. I called two days after to find out they had not been delivered. I called the hospital and checked with them and they said they did not receive them. I called asking the status of the delivery to be told that hey were delivered and they would try to track it down with no response or reply to me. I called again yesterday to find out what happened and still no reply. The flowers have not been received and that is the only reliable status I have.
