My mom was admitted to the hospital, COVID prevented visits. Helpless and shocked, I quickly ordered flowers. Order and delivery confirmations received. Later a notice was sent that I missed the cut off. I asked for a refund and email stated they would deliver the order. No delivery, My mom was discharged four days after I ordered the flowers. She came home empty handed, NO FLOWERS! Delivery was NEVER made. Bank statement shows they charged me TWICE!. Poor customer service, is an understatement.
