HospitalGiftShop.com – Poor service and no flowers delivered
Ordered flowers on Fri, received email Sun that delivery would be Mon. No delivery. Called Wed and told them patient leaving hospital next day and still no delivery. Phone calls to customer service do not get answered. Had to call 4-5 times and stay on hold for a long time until I finally reached someone. Not worth it!
