HospitalGiftShop.com – Rejected Balloons
I live out of the country and wanted to send balloons to my best friend in the hospital with COVID. Three days after ordering those balloons, I got an email saying that they could not deliver to COVID patients. They offered to deliver it to her house instead. That’s not really helpful since she was in the hospital. There should have been something on the order page saying that they could not send gifts to COVID patients.
