HospitalGiftShop.com – Same day turned into a week, cancelled my order
I placed a same day order and received a call that it was unable to be delivered. I asked them to try again the next day. I had to call to check the next day and got a generic “order will be delivered today” answer, but they were never delivered and I was never notified why. I called twice the third day, first call in the morning getting the same generic answer. Second at the end of the delivery window and I was told the florist couldn’t get an arrangement out for another 3 days. Not sure why things changed so quickly, but I received a full refund and customer service was very polite and apologetic. I will not attempt to use them again.
