HospitalGiftShop.com – Terrible customer service
My friend had just had her baby and I wanted to surprise her with a bouquet of flowers and a bouquet of balloons. she received the flowers and one balloon, she was missing five other balloons. I contacted the gift shop to have the balloons either refunded or resent to her they told me that they would send her the balloons that day since I called at 9 AM and they had just opened they would be able to get them to her that day. The balloons were never sent, I contacted the gift shop the next day and told them they were not delivered and I wanted my money back. It’s absolutely ridiculous to spend over $100 for a new mother to be surprised and not even get it correct, or reach out to the customer who paid to correct the issue. I will never use this gift shop again. You should have sent her the balloons and refunded me too!
