HospitalGiftShop.com – The Gift was Three Days Late and Frozen
The gift was three days late and the patient was checking out of the hospital when the delivery arrived. I kept calling the number to find out what happened and I was either left on hold or the line stopped ringing and went dead. It was stressful enough to have a loved one in the hospital at this time of Covid but to have to try and keep up with a delivery that promised same-day, was doubly stressful. I cannot give you more than one star. Plus the fruit was frozen. Good thing she was going home.
