HospitalGiftShop.com – The ladies on the phone were great
The ladies on the phone were great. I spoke to them a lot but they were relying on the vendor for the info. Once my order was unable to be delivered to the hospital I was promised guaranteed delivery for Saturday. I was more than patient with the covid factor but I literally called every day and I think it finally got delivered Wednesday or Thursday. The flowers were like 75-80 bucks. Next time I’ll go to wegmans and buy a 20 dollar bouquet and drop it off myself. I think it was more a vendor issue.
