HospitalGiftShop.com – They need to get their act together!
I ordered the flowers the day after my daughter gave birth to my first grandchild. They were still at the hospital. Yes, the baby was born during the pandemic, I understand, that that may have interfered with a prompt flower delivery. However, I received several follow up texts the date I ordered, asking if the shop could switch out my order with something else that was in stock. For that reason, I assumed the flowers were on their way! My daughter never mentioned them however. She and the baby were released the following day. A full WEEK after that, the gift shop called to ask if I still wanted the flowers to be delivered! The shop gave me a discount, so I consented. Finally, the flowers were arrived. The shop then sent me what has to have been a computer generated email saying that the flowers had been delivered the hospital. I give this one star.
