HospitalGiftShop.com – They sent ugly balloons instead of flowers I ordered.
I paid about $75 total for flowers for my friend who was in the hospital. Hospital Gift Shop sent ugly, cheap balloons instead of flowers without telling me. I was upset because I would not have spent $75 on balloons. I called customer service. The lady on the phone was very polite and understanding. She said that they cannot send flowers to the ICU, but that someone should have contacted me to let me know before they sent the balloons. She checked my account and verified that no one from the company reached out to me to let me know. She took down my name, order number, and phone number, and said she would see if they could send the flowers once my friend was released from ICU to a regular hospital room, or if I could get money back. However, it’s been days and no one has contacted me about this. Now my friend is home from the hospital. I deserve money back.
