HospitalGiftShop.com  – This is the worst company EVER

This is the worst company EVER. I ordered flowers for my sister in the hospital. They were supposed to arrive on a Monday. I called to double check they were arriving. I was told Monday 3 times. I got an email confirmation on a Wednesday night at 11:30PM that the flowers arrived?? When I called the hospital, security said they never arrived. When I called customer service, my sister had been discharged. The lady on the phone told me she would send a fresh bouquet to my sister’s house the next day. IT NEVER ARRIVED. 2 weeks later, I got a random email saying the flowers were delivered. THEY WERE NOT. The confirmation email lied TWICE. $70 down the drain and my sister never got the flowers during or after her surgery.
