HospitalGiftShop.com – Trouble with site and virtually impossible to get someone live on phone
Placed an order for balloons through HospitalGiftShop.com. First -the order was shipped to the wrong address. After multiple times trying by phone, finally got in touch with customer service – Kim, who assured me that my order was going to be re-shipped at no charge. 4 days later, recipient still hadn’t received balloons. Had absolutely no luck getting through to customer service – phone rang and rang, and forced to leave voice message. Sent multiple messages on their website and finally received an email stating that my credit card would be credited. Received no credit to date. Charge appeared on my credit card for FTD for the exact amount of my order with HospitalGiftShop.com. They have no record of my order, so I disputed the charge with my credit card company. Will not order from them again.
