I ordered flowers on Tuesday night. Online they say, same day bedside delivery. On Thursday I had to call because they still hadn’t been received. They then had to call the florist and hospital to find them. They told me that happens. Then why in the hell does it say same day delivery on your website!? It should say, “We might or might not get them there. You have to call to get us to check.” I want my $85 back.
