We ordered a large arrangement while our son ordered a medium arrangement. No comparison between the two — the medium was signicantly larger and prettier. When I called the florist they said they’d call me back the next morning. Three days later I have yet to hear from them. Very disappointing. You’d think at this time a small business would be doing its best to satisfy customers. Pathetic.
