I ordered flowers for bedside delivery. No where on the website or check out page did it state this process would be different due to covid-19. I received an email stating this would be delayed as they needed a home address. I emailed back the address and requested the delivery fee to be refunded. I then received another email stating the breast cancer cuff, earrings, necklace could not be delivered. I called customer service and asked for a call back. I ordered flowers, not jewelry, and wanted to confirm everything was set. No call back. I finally replied to the email with the address again and requested the delivery fee to be waived. I received an email back stating the address was updated. No other reply or call back. It took 6 days for hospital flowers to deliver to the home address when they guarantee same day delivery for orders before 1pm. Terrible customer service who cannot be bothered to reply. Terrible service for a time when we can’t be by our loved ones side in the hospital and just wanted bedside flowers to cheer an 85yo up.
