HospitalGiftShop.com – Worst ever
Worst ever! I had to contact them to ask if the item we purchased had been delivered or not. That’s when i was told the item was on hold until we gave them a home address. First off they should have contacted me if they needed something different, but no I had to contact them. I ordered on 12/30 and it’s now 1/17 and our order still has not been delivered, even after I corrected the mailing address on 1/4.
They sent me a tracking number that has been in transit for days!!! How long is an item in transit before u have to request a refund for non-delivery!
