Imbuygold  – Absolutely Horrible NEVER BUY FROM HERE!

I’ve tried to buy gold two times and each time different sites. I came to this site because their gold was the cheapest that I seen. I asked the customer service rep, who by the way was just ridiculously slow at responding (chat session auto closes after 5-7 minutes of inactivity) the chat session almost closed a total of 5 times. I kept being told to wait.. On the site they clearly have posted IN STOCK! I asked her before my purchase if they did infact have the gold available to ship immediately. she responded after 10 minutes that they did so i preceded with my order. copied my order number information and on their site it states clearly 5-15 minute deliver fast and reliable. Well for some reason the transaction that they apparently HAD IN STOCK took over 50 minutes after the long excruciating wait and the numerous HOLD ONE SEC. The person finally appeared and tried to trade me i sat in the trade menu for 4 minutes with my side trying to accept the gold. The seller just stood there and stared at the screen. I decided screw this and flew off and logged out I told them they have 5 minutes before I log off of the game to go to bed. They ignored me so i logged and literally had to go to Paypal website and file a claim against them for a refund. Being how i asked for one from the customer service representative and didn’t get a reply for another 15 minutes. In my experience don’t spend your money here at all its a complete waste of your time and its just makes their company look stupid.
