Raiditem – Crooks.
Purchased a service, like I’ve done numerous times before, used a coupon code, purchase was successful. I get the confirmation email w a reply stating I needed to pay an extra $120.00 because the service I purchased was no longer available….My thing is if it were unable to be purchased or available,why would the site still have it and how was I able to purchase it. Raiditem trying to keep the sale by offering other services after asking for a refund shows bad character and if someone asks for a refund just give it to them. I will no longer use Raiditem, poor quality customer service and making it out to be the customer being wrong isn’t the way to go if the site lists something that is not available anymore. What a hassle.
