Raiditem – GOT SCAMMED! PHISHING ATTEMPTED ALSO.
Did transaction, got a confirmation screen that said I would get an email with info on how to proceed. Never got the email. I contacted support. was then asked to provide screenshot of my paypal info, I did that. Then they said they still needed more information from me. Specifically a picture of my photo ID and credit card. At that point I realized it was probably phishing. Talked with the rep for about 20mins more but it was no use. he was evasive and just kept spamming copypasta messages asking for my personal info.
I reported the Website to Google and the Federal Trade Commission. After telling the rep that, they claimed they were a legit business. Well guess who isn’t listed on the BBB?
anyway, I’ll refund my paypal transactions and never visit this website again.
