This is the worst customer service experience i’ve ever had. DO NOT BUY!
I bought 1000000g from them. I spoke to chem on the chat beforehand, and they assured me it was in stock so i placed my order. Once the order was placed, i received an email saying they are out of stock…
I contacted them multiple times, and every time they told me they would have in the next day. After 6 days, they still didn’t deliver the gold. I got mad and when to chat with them when there was no more chat option.
I figured out that they blocked me from the chat, so I went on my phone and it worked. I spoke to them again, and they told me they would have it the next day, again…
I asked them to refund me, they gave me the runaround. I asked how much gold they have that they could currently deliver, they said 0!.. 000!!!!!!!!
I couldn’t believe it, after a full week, they didn’t even farm 1G!!!!
Anywhoo, it’s now been 3 weeks, and still no refund or delivery. I started a case with paypal to get my money back because this is ridiculous!
