Timberline Financial – Very poor follow up
Very poor follow up, I have had to pay off 2 accounts that were in the program because Timberline has never called the credit card companies to offer a settlement. I called 3 months ago gave them the name and number of person to contact for settlement and to this day not one person from timberline has contacted them to even talk about settling the issue. So it has gone all the way to a lawsuit being filed against me making my credit even worse that it was in this program. Only contact this company if you have cards with less that 300.00 on them as they cant seem to handle anything over that amount. Very sorry I did this program I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at all. Call the credit cards and work out your own deal so you know exactly what is taking place.”,November 13
