TippyToad – Horrible customer service
After spending considerable time looking for the perfect party goods for my son’s rehearsal dinner, I placed an order and paid for 2-day shipping. On the day I was to receive the order, I received a call from Bailey at TippyToad. Supposedly, the order had been shipped to one of their offices by mistake. Bailey asked when I needed the order, and I explained to her I needed it by the next day. I told her I was leaving town to attend my son’s wedding, and the order was needed for the rehearsal dinner. Bailey had a very passive demeanor, regarding the situation. She said they would try to get the order to me, or they would issue a full refund. I stressed that they could overnight the order to me, and again indifference. At the time I asked to speak with someone else, and was told no one else was in the office. I asked to have someone contact me, and again the response was no one was in the office. Customer service does not appear to be a priority for this company!
