ToyWiz.com – Bad experience, DO NOT buy from them
I am an oversea customer. Bought one thing from them, took them 3 weeks to ship out. 3 Weeks! Their explanation is that because it was during the holiday seasons which is still unacceptable, What holiday seasons is 3 weeks long anyway? I have done a lot of online shopping and I have never met a shop that needs 3 weeks to ship a box of toy during “holiday season”.
Then before it ships they told me I have to call them by phone to agree to some policy and I can’t email them to confirm. That’s extremely stupid and inconvient to oversea customer. Okay then I called, guess what? no one’s picking up the phone! Eventually for some reason they shipped my thing without me caling them. Then why do you need me to call in the first place? If you want your customer to agree to some stuff, why not put on the website before they check out?
All in all, this was an very unpleasant experience, I suggest everyone to stay away from this shop.
